Jewelry Manufacturing
Spokes Jewelry is a full service jewelry manufacturing facility. All design and production is completed in-house, thus protecting your designs. We specialize in Gold & Platinum jewelry with or without diamonds and/or colored gemstones.
We also create a small proportion of high-end Sterling Silver, which we hold to the same exacting standards as our Gold & Platinum pieces. We cast many different gold shades including yellow, white, rose and even green gold in different karats. We use only the finest alloys to ensure a long lasting, porosity-free, finish and have the experience& know-how to extract the very best finished product from each precious metal.
Unlike most factories, we don’t limit your order quantity to large minimums because we strive to empower independent designers. At Spokes, our aim is to provide a one-stop service hub for any and all of your jewelry needs. Contact us today.
Design
Whether you need sketches, technical drawings, CADs or 3D resin models, our team of design experts at Spokes Jewelry is ready to serve your jewelry design needs.
Whatever your chosen medium, we pride ourselves on remaining flexible and will work with you to move your inspired line towards full scale production. We can translate your concept from sketches, CAD, mood boards or even from a ballpoint sketch on a cocktail napkin (yes, we've done that too). You never know when the muse will strike, but once she does, we'll take it from there.
3D Printing
Our high definition 3D printing uses the latest Formlabs printers for precise, smooth surface prints. We offer a variety of specialist resins including moldable resins for repeat production and direct-to-casting resins for one-off pieces. Not sure what you need? Sourcing
At Spokes Jewelry we set thousands of diamonds & gems each week. We have worked with almost every gemstone type you've heard of and probably a few you haven't. We source diamonds and coloured gemstones for your line, including custom-cut stones. We are committed to the Kimberly Process in our diamond sourcing and only work with diamond sight holders who provide proof of their commitment in writing. We say NO! to blood diamonds. We can also supply independent 3rd party Lab Reports. All of our gems and diamonds are hand-sorted and our staff includes GIA trained Gemologists & Diamond Experts.
